Rosie’s Special Present is a picture book by Myfanwy Millward and illustrated by Gwen Millward and tells the story of a kitten who is nervous knowing that he is going to be a little girl’s special birthday present and wants to prove himself special enough. This adorable gouache, pencil and watercolour illustration is an original piece of artwork from the book and shows Rosie and her kitten playing as the birthday party carries on around them, but they only have eyes for each other.
