Elsie Piddock skips in her sleep is a picture book by Eleanor Farjeon and illustrated by Charlotte Voake which tells the story of a little girl who is so talented at skipping that she is summoned by the fairies to take part in a skipping contest. In this original, ink and watercolour illustration from the book, we see Elsie skipping in her nightdress with the fairies.
